Fixed, Individually Planned

Full-Arch Implants / All-on-X (Teeth in a Day)

For patients dealing with several failing teeth or significant tooth loss, full-arch implants replace an entire arch with a fixed, implant-supported set — planned around your anatomy, not a fixed formula, and often completed in a single visit.

Why "X" Matters

The number of implants is planned around your anatomy — not a fixed formula.

Every jaw is different. Rather than defaulting to a standard number of implants, your bone quality, density, and anatomy are mapped with 3D imaging first, so the number and placement of implants supporting your new teeth is planned specifically for you. For many patients, a fixed set of temporary teeth is placed the same day as surgery — often called “Teeth in a Day” — while the implants integrate with your bone before your final prosthesis is completed.

What's Included

A fixed set, planned around your anatomy

3D-Guided Planning

Imaging maps your jaw and bone density first, so the number and position of implants is planned around your anatomy specifically.

Fixed Teeth in a Day

For many patients, a temporary fixed set is placed the same day as surgery, so you're not left without teeth while healing.

Final, Permanent Prosthesis

Once your implants have integrated with your bone, your final prosthesis is completed in coordination with your restoring dentist.

What to Expect

Planned with imaging, matched to your comfort, followed up with care

Imaging-Guided Planning

3D imaging maps your bone and bite before your procedure, so the number and placement of implants is planned with a clear picture rather than guesswork.

Comfort Matched to the Procedure

Sedation is titrated to you and matched to the complexity of full-arch treatment.

Recovery Coordinated With Your Dentist

At-home care instructions and techniques like PRF are often used to support healing, with follow-up coordinated alongside your referring dentist.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about full-arch implants

How many implants will I need?
There’s no fixed number — it depends on your bone density and anatomy, mapped out with 3D imaging at your consultation. Many patients need four to six implants per arch, though this varies from patient to patient.
For many patients, yes — a fixed temporary set is placed the same day as surgery. Whether this is right for you depends on your bone quality and stability at the time of placement, discussed together at your consultation.
All-on-4 refers to a specific four-implant approach. All-on-X describes the broader concept — the number of implants planned around what your anatomy actually needs, which may be four, five, six, or more.
Traditional full-arch implants call for a certain amount of healthy bone, but that’s not always the end of the road. There are advanced anchoring techniques for patients who’ve been told they don’t have enough — bring your imaging and history to a consultation and we’ll map out what’s actually possible for you.
